By accessing crochetgenerator.app, submitting a prompt, creating an account, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and follow the laws that apply to you.

The CrochetAI service
CrochetAI uses AI to turn a natural-language idea into crochet pattern instructions, stitch counts, design guidance, and an interactive 3D preview. Features may include pattern history, exports, credits, subscriptions, and other studio tools. Sign-in, plan entitlement, provider availability, and usage limits may affect access.
AI-generated patterns are creative assistance, not a guarantee that every stitch, measurement, material choice, or assembly step will work for every maker. Review the result, use appropriate judgment, and test a small section before committing valuable materials. Features, limits, supported browsers, and third-party provider availability may change.
License and ownership
Subject to these Terms and your applicable plan, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the website and released features for personal or internal business purposes. CrochetAI and its software, design, branding, documentation, and service materials remain owned by us or our licensors.
You retain rights you have in prompts you submit. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use generated patterns for personal projects and permitted commercial crafting. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the service itself, bypass usage controls, or create a competing service from protected parts of CrochetAI.
Your prompts and responsibilities
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for prompts, reference material, names, trademarks, or other information you provide. Do not submit confidential information or content that violates another person's rights or applicable law.
You are responsible for reviewing important results, checking gauge and materials, and adapting instructions to your skill level and project needs.
Accounts and security
Keep your account, browser profile, device, and session secure. Provide accurate account and billing information, do not share paid access outside permitted use, and notify [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized account or payment activity.
Free access, paid plans, and billing
The Pricing page describes current subscriptions and one-time credit packs, including the credits and usage access associated with each plan. Prices are shown in USD before applicable taxes unless checkout says otherwise. Paid access begins after payment confirmation.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval and price disclosed at checkout until canceled. Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. Canceling stops future renewal and normally leaves access active through the paid period. Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy and non-waivable consumer law.
Acceptable use
- Do not submit content without the authorization needed to use it.
- Do not use CrochetAI to violate privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, consumer-protection, or other laws.
- Do not introduce malware, evade security controls, impersonate another person, abuse authentication, or interfere with the service.
- Do not use automated activity to overload crochetgenerator.app, api.crochetgenerator.app, payment systems, AI providers, or other third-party services.
- Do not resell access, bypass plan limits, or misrepresent CrochetAI as professional, safety-critical, or guaranteed design advice.
Third-party services
CrochetAI relies on third-party products such as hosting, authentication, payment, analytics, advertising, and AI processing services. Their services are governed by their own terms and can change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue functionality without our control.
Availability and changes
We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, plans, integrations, or access when reasonably necessary for product development, security, legal compliance, third-party changes, or business operations. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for nonpayment, fraud, abuse, security risk, legal necessity, or material violation of these Terms. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute-related terms, continue to apply.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, CrochetAI is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every browser or device, a correct pattern for every idea, or suitability for a particular safety, legal, regulatory, or professional requirement. These disclaimers do not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, CrochetAI and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of content, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the service. Aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to CrochetAI during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes, questions, and disputes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and date on crochetgenerator.app. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance where permitted by law. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact [email protected] and provide enough information for us to try to resolve the issue.
